अवकाळी पावसाने 54 लाख हेक्टरवरील शेती बाधित, ड्रोन सर्व्हेक्षणाचे आदेश
मुंबई- अवकाळी पावसाने राज्यातील शेतकर्‍यांचे झालेले नुकसान आणि राज्य सरकारच्या वतीने हाती घेण्यात आलेल्या उपाययोजना याचा सविस्तर आढावा आज मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी एका बैठकीतून घेतला. या पावसात 325 तालुक्यांमध्ये 54 लाख 22 हजार हेक्टरवर पीकं बाधित झाली आहेत. यात ज्वारी, मका, धान, तूर, कापूस, सोयाबीन आणि फळबागांचा समावेश आहे. प्रभावित भागाचे तत्काळ ड्रोन सर्वेक्षण करण्याचे आदेश सुद्धा मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी यावेळी दिले.राज्याचे मुख्य सचिव, कृषी, मदत-पुनर्वसन, वित्त आणि विविध विभागांचे सचिव, भारतीय हवामान विभाग आणि विमा कंपन्यांचे अधिकारी यावेळी उपस्थित होते. विभागीय आयुक्त आणि जिल्हाधिकारी यावेळी व्हीडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगच्या मदतीने उपस्थित होते. प्राथमिक माहितीनुसार विभागनिहाय जे नुकसान झाले आहे, ते पुढीलप्रमाणे : कोकण (46 तालुके/97 हजार हेक्टर), नाशिक (52 तालुके/16 लाख हेक्टर), पुणे (51 तालुके/1.36 लाख हेक्टरहून अधिक), औरंगाबाद (72 तालुके/22 लाख हेक्टर), अमरावती (56 तालुके/12 लाख हेक्टर), नागपूर (48 तालुके/40 हजार हेक्टर).यावर्षी जास्त पाऊस झाला आहे. एका सुपरसायक्लॉनसह 4 वादळं अरबी समुद्रात तयार झाली. या पावसाची तीव्रता ऑक्टोबरच्या दुसर्‍या आणि तिसर्‍या आठवड्यात अधिक होती. नुकसानीचा पुरावा म्हणून स्थानिक गावकर्‍यांनी नुकसानीचे काढलेले छायाचित्र सुद्धा ग्राह्य धरण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत. प्रशासनाने ही स्थिती संपूर्ण संवेदनशीलतेने आणि सर्वोच्च प्राधान्य देत हाताळावी, प्रत्येक शेतकर्‍याची समस्या ऐकून घेतली जाईल, यासाठी दुष्काळाच्या काळात उभारली, तशी यंत्रणा उभारावी, व्हॉटसअ‍ॅप क्रमांक सुद्धा संपर्कासाठी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात यावेत, असे निर्देश मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी यावेळी दिले. राज्य सरकार संपूर्णपणे स्थितीवर लक्ष ठेऊन असून, पालकमंत्री आणि लोकप्रतिनिधींनी प्रत्यक्ष बांधावर जाऊन स्थितीचे अवलोकन करावे, असे निर्देश यावेळी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी दिले. उद्या मंत्रिमंडळ उपसमितीची बैठक सुद्धा बोलाविण्यात आल्याची माहिती यावेळी मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी दिली.
