कै. सुधाकरपंत परिचारक यांचा ५७ वर्षांचा राजकीय प्रवास..
पंढरपूर- कै. सुधाकरपंत परिचारक हे प्रत्येकाला आपलेसे वाटणारे व्यक्तिमत्व. लहान लहान समस्यांबाबत ही ते सजग असायचे. कारण त्यांचा जीवनप्रवास हा ग्रामपंचायतीपासून सुरू झाला होता. त्यांचे वडील कै. रामचंद्र परिचारक हे पस्तीस वर्षे खर्डी गावचे सरपंच होते तर काका कै. दिवाणबहादूर गोविंदराव परिचारक हे पंढरपूर नगरपरिषदेचे अकरा वर्षे नगराध्यक्ष होते. त्यांच्याच तालमीत पंतांनी राजकारणाचे धडे गिरविले.
पंत 1963 ते 73 या कालावधीत पंंढरपूर पंचायत समितीचे उपसभापती होते. 1972 मध्ये त्यांची सोलापूर जिल्हा परिषद सदस्य म्हणून निवड झाली होती. 1978 ला त्यांनी विधानसभा लढविली मात्र पराभूत झाले. यानंतर 1985 ते 2009 पर्यंत ते पंचवीस वर्षे आमदार होते.
त्यांनी विठ्ठल सहकारी साखर कारखाना उभारणीत सक्रिय सहभाग नोंदविला. 2000 ते 2007 या कालावधीत सुधाकरपंत परिचारक हे राज्य परिवहन महामंडळाचे अध्यक्ष होते. सातशे कोटी रूपयांचा तोटा असणारे हे महामंडळ पंतांच्या परीसस्पर्शाने तोट्यातून बाहेर आले व पदभार सोडताना 150 कोटी रूपये यास नफा झाला होता.
1986 मध्ये शासनाने त्यांची नियुक्ती टाकळी सिंकदरच्या भीमा सहकारी साखर कारखान्यावर प्रशासक म्हणून केली. या संधीचे त्यांनी सोने करत हा कारखाना प्रगतिपथावर आणला. 1989 ते 2010 या कालावधीत ते या कारखान्याचे अध्यक्ष होते.
1993 ला त्यांनी श्रीपूर येथील ब्रृहन महाराष्ट्र शुगर्सचा खासगी साखर कारखाना विकत घेवून तो सहकारी तत्वावर विकसित केला. विस्तारीकरण ,वीज निर्मिती, आसवनी प्रकल्प उभे केले. कार्बन क्रेडिट मिळविणारा तो पहिला सहकारी साखर कारखाना ठरला. पांडुरंग कारखाना हा आज राज्यातील नामांकित साखर उद्योग आहे. सर्वाधिक ऊसदराबरोबर शेतकर्‍यांसाठी विविध योजना हा कारखाना राबवितो.
महाराष्ट्रातील नामांकित वित्तीय संस्था म्हणून ज्याकडे पाहिले जाते त्या दि पंढरपूर अर्बन को-ऑप बँकेचे सुधाकरपंत परिचारक 1966 ते 2002 संचालक होते तर 14 वर्षे अध्यक्ष म्हणून काम पाहिले आहे. पंतांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली पंढरपूर कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समिती कामकाज करत असून येथे जलक्रांती व शेती विषयक उपक्रम राबवून पंतांच्या कारकिर्दीत या समितीत मोठी कृषी विषयक उलाढाल होत आहे. राज्यातील नामांकित बाजार समित्यांमध्ये पंढरपूरचे नाव घेतले जाते. पंढरपूर नगरपरिषद असो की पंचायत समितीत पंतांच्या गटाची सत्ता आहे. अनेक विकास कामे येथे होत आहेत. पंढरपूरमध्ये तीर्थक्षेत्र विकास आराखडा राबविण्यात त्यांचा मोलाचा वाटा आहे. त्यांनी शिक्षण क्षेत्रात ही काम केले असून पांडुरंग शिक्षण प्रसारक मंडळ निर्माण करून उमा महाविद्यालय उभारले आहे. याच बरोबर ते आता शहरातील अन्य शैक्षणिक संस्थांचे काम देखील पाहात होते. त्यांच्या कर्मयोगी परिवाराने शिक्षणक्षेत्रात मोठी कामगिरी सध्या बजावली आहे.
सुधाकरपंत परिचारक हे सोलापूर जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती बँकेचे 1966 पासून संचालक होते. 2015 पर्यंत त्यांनी येथे काम केले असून आठ वर्षे अध्यक्षपद भुषविले होते. 1993 ला ते राज्य बँकेचे संचालक होते.
सुधाकरपंत परिचारक यांनी धन्वंतरी रूग्णालयाची स्थापना करून गोरगरीबांना उपचार मिळवून दिले. त्यांनी संकटाच्या काळात आपल्या संस्थांच्या माध्यमातून भरीव मदत करण्याची भूमिका नेहमीच घेतली आहे. शहरात अनेक योजना त्यांनी आपल्या आमदारकीच्या काळात राबविल्या. मंगळवेढा तालुक्यात अत्याधुनिक युटोपियन शुगर्स या कारखान्याच्या निर्मिती त्यांच्याच मार्गदर्शनाखाली करण्यात आली आहे. त्यांना अनेक पुरस्कारांनी महाराष्ट्रात गौरविण्यात आले होते. पंतांनी २०१९ ची विधानसभा निवडणूकही लढविली होती.
