पंढरपूर : कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर शेतकर्यांची खते व बियाणे खरेदीसाठी दुकानामध्ये गर्दी होऊ नये म्हणून बांधावर खते व बियाणे पुरविण्याची मोहीम कृषी विभागामार्फत हाती घेण्यात आली असून आतापर्यंत 8 हजार जणांना याचे वितरण करण्यात आले असल्याची माहिती उपविभागीय कृषी अधिकारी आर. एन. कांबळे यांनी दिली .
कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर बाजारपेठेतील गर्दी टाळण्यासाठी तसेच शेतीच्या कामात नियोजनाची आवश्यकता असल्याने कृषी विभागाच्या माध्यामातून गट तयार करण्यात आले. तालुक्यातील शेतकर्यांच्या मागणीनुसार त्यांना खते व बियाणे पुरविण्याचे नियोजन शेतकरी गट व कृषी कंपन्या व बचत गटांच्या माध्यमातून करण्यात आले आहे. गटाच्या माध्यमातून आतापर्यंत 298 क्विंटल बियाणे व 1 हजार 750 टन खते सुमारे 8 हजार शेतकर्यांना देण्यात आले आहे.
शेतकर्यांची संभाव्य फसवणूक रोखण्यासाठी दर्जेदार तसेच प्रमाणित बियाणे व खते मिळावीत यासाठी कृषी विभागाकडून आवश्यक ते प्रयत्न केले जात असल्याचेही कांबळे यांनी यावेळी सांगितले. बांधावर खते व बियाणे पुरविण्याच्या मोहिमे अंतर्गत तालुक्यातील पळशी व उंबरगांव येथे 2 हजार 250 किलो मका बियाणे कृषी विभागाच्या व महिला बचत गटाच्या माध्यमातून वाटप करण्यात आले . यावेळी कृषी मंडळ अधिकारी सरडे यांनी मका या पिकावरील अमेरिकन अळीच्या नुकसानी पासून बचाव करण्यासाठी कोणती औषधे वापरावीत याबाबत शेतकर्यांना मार्गदर्शन केले.
