अकलूज, दि. 11 – पिस्तुलचा धाक दाखवत ज्वेलर्स दुकानात हात साफ करण्याचा प्रयत्न करणाऱ्या चोरट्यांचा प्लॅन दुकानदाराच्या सावधनातमुळे फसला. दरम्यान झपापटीनंतर एक चोरटा पळून जाण्यात यशस्वी ठरला तर दुसऱ्याला आजुबाजूच्या नागरिकांनी पकडले. याबाबत महालक्ष्मी ज्वेलरीचे मालक बंडू निवृत्ती दुधाट यांनी अकलूज पोलीस ठाण्यात फिर्याद दाखल केली आहे.
गुरूवार दि. 10 सप्टेंबर रोजी सायंकाळी पावणे सात वाजण्याच्या सुमारास महालक्ष्मी ज्वेलर्सचे मालक बंडू दुधाट (रा. तांदुळवाडी, ता. माळशिरस) हे आपले दुकान बंद करून घरी जाण्याच्या तयारीत असतानाच 20 ते 30 वर्ष वयाचे दोन तरूण दुकानात आले. गिऱ्हाईक असल्याचा बहाणा करत त्यांनी चांदीचे ब्रासलेट दाखविण्याची मागणी केली. ब्रासलेट दाखवल्यावर हे नको आता चांदीची अंगठी दाखविण्याची मागणी केली. मात्र तीही न घेता अथवा पसंत करता पुन्हा ब्रासलेटची मागणी करू लागले. यामुळे दुधाट यांना संशय आला.
याच दरम्यान यातील एका तरूणाने आपल्या जवळील पिस्तुलसदृष्य वस्तू बाहेर काढली व दुकानदार बंडू दुधाट यांच्यावर ताणून आरडा ओरडा न करता दुकानातील दागिने आम्हाला द्या अशी धमकी दिली. याच वेळी प्रसंगावधान राखतु दुधाट यांनी न घाबरता या तरूणाच्या हातातील ती पिस्तुल सदृष्य वस्तू हिसकावून घेतली व मोठ्याने आरडा ओरडा करायला सुरूवात केली. आपल्या हातातील पिस्तुल हिसकावून घेतल्याचे पाहताच या तरूणने आपल्या सोबत असणाऱ्या दुसऱ्या तरूणाला पिशवीतून दुस हत्यार काढण्याची सूचना केली. मात्र तोवर दुकानदाराचा आरडा ओरडा ऐकून बाहेरील लोक दुकानात आत येण्याचा प्रयत्न करत असल्याचे पाहून दोन्ही तरूणांनी दुकानाची काच फोडून बाहेर पळ काढला. येथील नागरिकांनी त्यांचा पाठलाग केला. या झटापटीत एक तरूण फरार झाला तर दुसरा लोकांच्या तावडीत सापडला. गडबडीत या चोरट्यांच्या हातातील पिशवी दुकानात पडली होती. त्यामध्ये स्टिलचे पाते असलेला काळ्या मुठीचा एक धारदार चाकू व मोटार सायकलची एमएच 11 बीएफ 8473 क्रमांकाची पुढची व मागची नंबरप्लेट आढळून आली आहे.
