मुंबई, दि. ७: राज्यात पुनर्रचित हवामान आधारीत फळपीक विमा योजना सन २०२०-२१ ते २०२२-२३ या तीन वर्षांसाठी राबविण्यास राज्य शासनाने मान्यता दिली आहे. कर्जदार आणि बिगर कर्जदार शेतकऱ्यांसाठी ही योजना ऐच्छिक केली आहे. यात सहभागासाठी शेतकरी ऑनलाईन नोंदणी करू शकतात, असे कृषीमंत्री दादाजी भुसे यांनी सांगितले.
मृग बहारामध्ये संत्रा, मोसंबी, डाळिंब, पेरु, लिंबू व चिकू या सहा फळपिकांसाठी १८ जिल्ह्यांमध्ये तर आंबिया बहारामध्ये द्राक्ष, डाळिंब, केळी, संत्रा, मोसंबी, आंबा व काजू या सात फळ पिकासाठी २३ जिल्ह्यांमध्ये व स्ट्रॉबेरी हे फळ पिक प्रायोगिक तत्वावर फक्त सातारा या जिल्हयामध्ये राबविण्यास मान्यता दिली आहे. असेही कृषीमंत्री भुसे यांनी सांगितले.
यासंदर्भात माहिती देतांना ते म्हणाले, योजनेत सहभागासाठी एकूण विमा हप्त्याच्या केवळ ५ टक्के हप्ता शेतकऱ्यांना द्यावा लागणार आहे. उर्वरित विमा हप्ता राज्य व केंद्र शासन भरणार आहे. त्यात या वर्षांपासून केंद्र शासन एकूण ३० टक्के विमा हप्त्याच्या ५० टक्के मर्यादेतच विमा हप्ता अनुदानाचा भार उचलणार आहे. त्यामुळे 30 टक्के पुढील उर्वरित विमा हप्ता अनुदानाचा मोठा हिस्सा राज्य शासन अदा करणार आहे.
पाऊस, तापमान, सापेक्ष आर्द्रता, गारपीट व वेगाचे वारे या हवामान धोक्यापासुन निर्धारित केलेल्या कालावधीत शेतकऱ्यांचे विमा संरक्षणाद्वारे आर्थिक स्थैर्य आबाधित राखणे ही असल्याचे कृषीमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले.
मृग व आंबिया बहारामध्ये जिल्हा समुहांमध्ये ई निविदा प्रक्रियेतून निवडलेल्या विमा कंपन्यामार्फत ही योजनाराबविण्यात येणार आहे.अहमदनगर, अमरावती, सिंधुदुर्ग, नाशिक, वाशिम, यवतमाळ तसेच सातारा, परभणी, जालना, लातुर, कोल्हापूर या जिल्ह्यांसाठी एचडीएफसी एर्गो जनरल इन्शुरन्स कंपनी तर रायगड, बुलढाणा, जळगाव, नांदेड, पुणे, उस्मानाबाद या जिल्ह्यांसाठी बजाज अलायन्झ जनरल इन्शुरन्स कंपनी आणि धुळे, पालघर, सोलापूर, रत्नागिरी, नागपूर, नंदुरबार या जिल्ह्यांसाठी भारतीय कृषि विमा कंपनी काम पाहणार आहे. बीड, औरंगाबाद, अकोला, सांगली, वर्धा, ठाणे, हिंगोली या जिल्ह्यांकरिता निविदा प्रक्रिया प्रगतिपथावर असल्याचे कृषि विभागाचे सचिव एकनाथ डवले यांनी सांगितले.
शेतकऱ्यांनी (कर्जदार व बिगर कर्जदार) योजनेतील सहभागाचा अर्ज सादर करणे, विमा हप्त्याची रक्कम कर्जदार किंवा बिगर कर्जदार शेतकऱ्यांच्या बँक खात्यामधून प्राथमिक सहकारी संस्था, बँक, आपले सरकार सेवा केंद्र, विमा प्रतिनिधी यांनी कपात करणे शेतकऱ्यांनी ऑनलाईन अर्ज करण्याचा अंतिम दिनांक असे आहेत. मृग बहाराच्या मोसंबी व चिकू पिकासाठी ३० जून, संत्रा पिकासाठी २० जून (मृग २०२० साठी), पेरू पिकासाठी १४ जून (मृग २०२१ व २०२२) डाळिंब पिकासाठी १४ जुलै. आंबिया बहारमधील द्राक्ष पिकासाठी १५ ऑक्टोबर, मोसंबी व केळीसाठी ३१ ऑक्टोबर, संत्रा, काजू आणि कोकणातील आंबा पिकासाठी ३० नोव्हेंबर, इतर जिल्ह्यातील आंबा पिकासाठी आणि डाळींबासाठी ३१ डिसेंबर, स्ट्रॉबेरीसाठी १४ ऑक्टोबर आहे.
योजनेत सहभागी होण्यासाठी बिगर कर्जदार शेतकऱ्यांनी आपले खाते असलेल्या बँकेशी, आपले सरकार केंद्राशी नोंदणीस आवश्यक कागदपत्रांसह व फळबागेच्या अक्षांश रेखांश नोंदवलेल्या फोटोसह संपर्क करावा. यासोबतच शेतकऱ्यांना स्वत: ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने राष्ट्रीय पीक विमा संकेतस्थळाद्वारे फळपीक विमा नोंदणी करता येईल. विमा नोंदणीच्या अंतिम मुदतीची वाट न पाहता योजनेत सहभागासाठी शेतकऱ्यांनी अधिक माहितीसाठी कृषि विभागाचे कार्यालयाशी संपर्क करण्याचे व पीक विमा संरक्षणासाठी नोंदणी करण्याचे आवाहन कृषिमंत्र्यांनी केले आहे.
