शेतकऱ्यांच्या दूध आंदोलनाला शासनच जबाबदार : धैर्यशील मोहिते पाटील
अकलूज, दि. २१ -आज जे दूधदराबाबत शेतकऱ्यांनी आंदोलन पुकारले आहे त्याला सरकारच जबाबदार असल्याचे मत शिवामृत दूध उत्पादक सहकारी संघाचे चेअरमन धैर्यशील मोहिते-पाटील यांनी व्यक्त केले.
दूध दराच्या सद्यस्थितीबद्दल पुढे बोलताना ते म्हणाले, लॉकडाऊन सुरू झाल्या काळापासुन दूध पावडरच्या किंमती मोठ्या प्रमाणावर खाली घसरल्या. लॉकडाऊन सुरू होण्यापूर्वी दपावडरला २८० ते ३०० रूपये दर होता. आज हेच दर १५० ते २०० रूपयांपर्यंत खाली आले आहेत. महाराष्ट्रातील खासगी दुध संघ मोठ्या प्रमाणावर देध पावडर निर्माण करतात. परंतु आता दुध पावडर बनवुन शेतक-्यांना दर देणे परवडत नाही. महाराष्ट्र शासनाने दूध उत्पादकांना आधार द्यायचे काम केले. पण ते परिपुर्ण नव्हते. त्याचा फायदा फक्त सहकारी दूध संघांनाच झाला. शासनाने सर्वच दूध संघांचा विचार करायला हवा होता. महाराष्ट्रात दुधाचे उत्पादन मोठ्या प्रमाणावर होते. परंतु महाराष्ट्रातील दूध संघ पॅकिंग आणि उपपदार्थ निर्मितीमध्ये कमी पडतात. परराज्यातील दूध संघांचा पॅकिंग आणि उपपदार्थ विक्रीवर मोठा जोर आहे. परराज्यांतुन आलेल्या या संघांनी महाराष्ट्रातील दूध पॅकिंग व उपपदार्थांच्या बाजारपेठा काबीज केल्याआहेत.
शासनाने वेळीच हस्तक्षेप करून दुध उत्पादकांना न्याय देण्याचे काम करावे ही शासनाला विनंती. दुध दरावर सर्वांच्या विचारातून तोडगा काढला जावा हीच शासनाकडुन अपेक्षा.

हजारो लीटर दूध रस्त्यावर सोडुन दिले. सरकारने तातडीने दुध दर वाढीचा निर्णय घ्यावा अन्यथा दुधाचा एक थेंबही शहरात जाऊ दिला जाणार नसल्याचा इशारा स्वाभिमाशी शेतकरी संघटनेचे नेते राहुल बिडवे यांनी दिला.
