पंढरपूरला जाणाऱ्या एसटी बस शनिवारी रात्रीपर्यंत बंद , जिल्हाधिकारी मिलिंद शंभरकर यांचे आदेश
सोलापूर, दि.5: मराठा आरक्षणासह इतर न्यायहक्काच्या मागण्यासाठी मराठा समाजाचे आंदोलनकर्ते पंढरपूर ते मंत्रालय, मुंबई पायी दिंडीने जाणार आहेत. जिल्ह्यातील कोरोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव लक्षात घेता पंढरपूर शहरात होणारी गर्दी टाळण्यासाठी 5 नोव्हेंबरच्या मध्यरात्री 12 वाजेपासून ते 7 नोव्हेंबर 2020 च्या रात्री 12 वाजेपर्यंत पंढरपूरकडे जाणाऱ्या सर्व एस.टी. बस बंद ठेवण्याचे आदेश जिल्हाधिकारी मिलिंद शंभरकर यांनी दिले आहेत.
श्री. शंभरकर यांनी आदेशात म्हटले आहे की, मराठा क्रांती मोर्चा, मराठा क्रांती ठोक मोर्चा, सकल मराठा समाज या संघटनांच्या वतीने मराठा आरक्षण मागणीसाठी 7 नोव्हेंबर 2020 पासून पंढरपूर-अकलूज-बारामती-आकुर्डी- निगडी-मावळ-वाशी या मार्गाने पायी दिंडी मोर्चा काढण्यात येणार आहे. संघटनांनी मराठा समाजातील नागरिकांना एकत्र येण्यासाठी आवाहन केले आहे. मोर्चामुळे एस.टी. बसमध्ये आंदोलनकर्त्यांची गर्दी होण्याची शक्यता आहे. सुरक्षित अंतराचे पालन होणार नाही. आंदोलनकर्ते एकत्र जमल्यास कोरोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव मोठ्या प्रमाणात वाढू शकतो. यामुळे सर्वसामान्य नागरिकांचे आरोग्य व जीवितास धोका निर्माण होऊ शकतो.
कोविड 19 आजाराचा प्रसार होऊ नये, कोणताही अनुचित प्रकार घडू नये, कायदा व सुव्यवस्थेचा प्रश्न निर्माण होऊ नये, यासाठी पंढरपूरकडे जाणाऱ्या एस.टी. बंद ठेवण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत.
तसेच पंढरपूर शहरातील विठ्ठल मंदिर परिसरात 6 नोव्हेंबर मध्यरात्री 12 वाजेपासून ते 7 नोव्हेंबर 2020 च्या रात्री 12 वाजेपर्यंत संचारबंदी लागू करण्यात येत आहे. ही संचारबंदी महाद्वार घाट ते नामदेव पायरी परिसर, चौफाळा ते पश्चिम द्वार परिसर, विठ्ठल- रूक्मिणी मंदिर प्रदक्षिणा मार्ग याठिकाणी लागू राहणार आहे. नामदेव पायरी दर्शन सर्वांसाठी बंद ठेवण्यात येत आहे. पंढरपूर शहरात दोन किंवा दोनपेक्षा अधिक व्यक्तिंना एकत्र येण्यास/जमण्यास मनाई करण्यात येत आहे. जिल्ह्यातील आणि जिल्ह्याबाहेरील मोर्चात सहभागी होण्यासाठी येणारे आंदोलनकर्ते, संघटनेचे पदाधिकारी आणि कार्यकर्ते यांना 5 नोव्हेंबरच्या रात्री 12 वाजेपासून ते 7 नोव्हेंबर 2020 च्या रात्री 12 वाजेपर्यंत पंढरपूर व सोलापूर जिल्ह्यात येण्यास बंदी घालण्यात येत आहे, असेही आदेशात नमूद करण्यात आले आहे.
आदेशाचे उल्लंघन करणारी व्यक्ती, संस्था किंवा संघटना यांच्यावर भारतीय दंड संहिता कलम 188 मधील तरतुदीनुसार कायदेशीर कारवाईस पात्र असून आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम 2005 साथरोग नियंत्रण कायद्यातील तरतुदी आणि कायदे यानुसार कारवाई करण्यात येणार आहे. अशा व्यक्ती, संस्था, संघटना यांच्यावर संबंधित पोलीस स्टेशनचे अधिकारी यांनी कारवाई करण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत.
