पंढरपूर – राज्य सरकारने सोमवारी अर्थसंकल्प २०२१- २२ सादर केले. सर्वसाधारण लोकांनाही ते समजावे यासाठी पंढरपूर, ‘डिव्हीपी मल्टिप्लेक्स’ येथे लाईव्ह “बजेट पे चर्चा” हा महाराष्ट्रातील पहिलाच उपक्रम घेण्यात आला.
या बजेटचे फायदे आणि तोटे या दोन्ही बाजूंवर पंढरपूर शहरातील उद्योजक, व्यापारी, पत्रकार, बँकिंग क्षेत्रातील अधिकारी, कर सल्लागार, बांधकाम आशा वेगवेगळ्या विभागातील तज्ञांना आपले विचार मांडण्यासाठी एकत्रित करण्यात आले होते. प्रत्येक क्षेत्रात सरकारने सादर केलेल्या बजेट बाबत विभागवार सविस्तर अशी “बजेट पे चर्चा” करण्यात आली. सरकारने काही क्षेत्रांवर उत्तम प्रकारे अर्थसंकल्प मांडला पण काही क्षेत्रातील विभागांवर आणखी विचार करायला हवा होता.
त्याप्रसंगी धाराशिव साखर कारखान्याचे चेअरमन श्री.अभिजीत पाटील, श्री.राजेंद्र नरसाळे, श्री.तुकाराम मस्के, निकिताताई पवार, श्री.सूर्यवंशी, श्री.विशाल साळुंखे, श्री.राहुल उत्पात, श्री.विश्वंभर पाटील, श्री.सचिन पंढरपूरकर, श्री.महेश पालीमकर, श्री.शार्दुल नलबीलवार, श्री. अमोल चव्हाण, श्री.अजय जाधव,श्री.अमित साळुंखे,श्री.नितीन पवार यांनी बजेटवर आपल्या प्रतिक्रिया दिल्या.
कोरोनासारखी गंभीर परिस्थिती लक्षात घेत सरकारने काही गोष्टींचा विचार केला आहे, तर काही गोष्टींचा विचार आवश्यक तेवढा केलेला नाही. यामध्ये महिला सक्षमीकरण व धार्मिक स्थळांचा विचार केला,तसेच मुलीसाठी बसची व्यवस्था केलेल्या आहेत तर पुढील काळातील काही बाबी लक्षात घेऊन येणाऱ्या काळात जनतेचे प्रश्न मार्गी लावण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करणे आवश्यक आहे. असे मत धाराशिव साखर कारखान्याचे श्री.अभिजीत पाटील व ‘बजेट पे चर्चा’ या कार्यक्रमात सहभागी झालेल्या तजज्ञ मंडळींनी मांडले.
याआधी चाय पे चर्चा पाहिली गेली परंतु बजेट पे चर्चा हा अर्थसंकल्प बजेटवर लाईव्ह चर्चा करणारा एक नाविन्यपूर्ण उपक्रम राबवून पंढरपूरातील नागरिकांकडून अभिजीत पाटील यांचे कौतुक होताना दिसते आहे.
