पंढरपूर – श्री विठ्ठल सहकारी साखर कारखान्याची आर्थिक स्थिती ठिक नसल्याने अनेक संकट या संस्थेसमोर आ वासून उभी असून जीएसटी न भरल्याच्या कारणावरून चारच दिवसापूर्वी कारखान्याची बँक खाती तात्पुरती सील करण्यात आली आहेत तर आता साखर आयुक्तांनी उसाचे गाळप करून शेतकऱ्यांची रक्कम थकविल्याने विठ्ठलसह 13 साखर कारखान्यांवर आरआरसीची कारवाईची करण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत. यामुळे या संस्थेसमोर आणखी अडचणी निर्माण झाल्या आहेत.
राज्यातील तेरा सहकारी साखर कारखान्यांवर ही कारवाई होत असून यात सात कारखाने हे सोलापूर जिल्ह्यातील आहेत व यात वेणूनगरच्या श्री विठ्ठल सहकारी साखर कारखान्याचा समावेश आहे. या कारखान्याने 39 कोटी 76 रूपये थकविले आहेत. गाळप करूनही ऊस उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांना त्यांच्या हक्काचे पैसे न दिल्यास आरआरसीची कारवाई होते ज्यात संस्थेची मालमत्ता तहसीलदार यांच्यामार्फत ताब्यात घेवून जिल्हाधिकारी ही कारवाई करतात.
दरम्यान चारच दिवसापूर्वी विठ्ठल सहकारी साखर कारखान्याची बँक खाती सील करण्यात आली असून 15 कोटी रूपयांचा जीएसटी कर त्यांनी थकविल्याने ही कारवार्इ झाली आहे. कारखान्याने साखर विकली मात्र या बदलत्यात सेवाकर व जीएसटीची रक्कम भरलेली नाही. याबाबत जीएसटी कार्यालयाने कारखान्यांसह बँकाना नोटिसा पाठवून कारखान्याची सर्व खाती तात्पुरती बंद केली आहेत.
आमदार कै. भारत भालके यांच्या निधनानंतर या कारखान्याची सूत्रं त्यांचे सुपुत्र भगिरथ भालके यांच्याकडे आली आहेत. ते कारखान्याचे अध्यक्ष आहेत. मात्र सध्या विठ्ठल परिवारात धुसफूस सुरू असल्याने कारखान्याचे संचालक तथा संस्थेचे संस्थापक कै. औदुंबरआण्णा पाटील यांचे नातू युवराज पाटील यांनी साखर आयुक्तांकडे गेल्या काही दिवसांपूर्वी तक्रार केली आहे. यात त्यांनी कारखान्याकडे थकीत असलेली बँक तसेच शेतकऱ्यांची देणी यासह या हंगामात 20 डिसेंबर 2020 नंतर गाळपास आलेल्या उसाची, वाहतुकदारांची व कामगार यांचे थकलेले पैसे याची माहिती या तक्रारीत दिली होती.
