याबाबत सविस्तर माहीती अशी कि, फिर्यादी फिरोज रज्जाक मुलाणी (वय ४४ वर्ष, धंदा मॅनेजर- टेके दारू दुकान ,रा.ठवरे प्लॉट, पंचवटी-अकलूज ता.माळशिरस) हे दि. १४/०३/२०१८ रोजी सदाशिवनगर येथील यू.बी.टेके यांचे सरकार मान्य देशी दारू व बिअर शॉपी दुकानात सायंकाळी ०६:४५ वा. चे सुमारास काम करीत असताना अनोळखी तीन इसमांनी मोटार सायकल वरून आले. त्यातील दोन जणांनी दुकानात जावून जबरदस्तीने धमकावून ,दमदाटी व शिवीगाळ करून काउंटरमधील ३१ हजार रूपये रोख रक्कम, २ मोबाईल चोरून नेले नेले होते.
याबाबत दि.१४/०३/२०१८ रोजी फिर्याद देण्यात आली.त्यानुसार माळशिरस पोलीस ठाण्यात गु.र. नं. ८६/२०१८ भा.द.वि. कलम.३९२,५०४,५०६,३४ प्रमाणे गुन्हा दाखल होता. याचा तपास दोन वर्षापासून सुरूच होता. या तपासामध्ये गोपनीय बातमीदारामार्फत बातमी मिळाली की, गणेश महादेव हाके (वय २३ वर्षे रा. करेवस्ती, सदाशिवनगर, ता. माळशिरस जि.सोलापूर) याने सदर गुन्हा केला आहे. त्यास शिताफीने पोलिसांनी ताब्यात घेवून तपास केला असता त्याने सदर कबुली दिली. त्याचा साथीदार अनिल उर्फ संदीप दिलीप लवटे (वय.२१ वर्ष रा. लवटे वस्ती, मेडद ता. माळशिरस) व सम्राट दिलीप खरात (रा.मलवडी, ता.माण, जि.सातारा) हे या गुन्ह्यात सहभागी असल्याचे निष्पन्न झाले आहे. यातील आरोपी अनिल उर्फ संदीप दिलीप लवटे यास अटक केली आहे. सम्राट दिलीप खरात हा अद्याप सापडलेला नाही.
